After the devastating tsunami that destroyed so
much of Asia, our Interact Chapter launched a project to send
money to the orphanage in Bangalore, India. Interact members
work throughout the school year to provide assistance to a number
of other organizations as well. They spend hours on behalf
of the Salvation Army bell ringing at Christmas and in their soup
kitchen. Club members collect food for less fortunate families
in our area, raise funds for The Angelus, help The Rotary Club
of Trinity with its projects, sponsor a child in a third world
country, and perform numerous additional services each year.
Interact clubs are affiliated with Rotary Clubs
all over the world. Not only do the young members become
involved in community service, but they also learn leadership
skills and promote good will. Mrs.

Our Interact Club won the Best Overall Presentation
and Gold Club Award at the District Convention for which Ryann
Ruiz and Cody Streveler made an excellent movie presentation.
